Our Management Consultancy has handled Complex issues for both Government and Private players, across a wide swathe of multi-faceted fields and ranging across sequentially different dimensions

Food & Beverage Project in USA

With a strong multi cultural population with varied tastes, California has a strong demand for organic food. For our client, we assisted in setting up the LLC, provided market research and created a niche with its unique USP in the F & B Business. We helped in writing the DPR, the registration of the business with the requited licenses, permits and compliances. From location strategy, supply chain creation, menu development and creating the brand identity, we worked hand in hand. Even now, constant updates to the digital strategy and upscaling alongwith identifying new areas to expand into, the process goes on.

Telecom and Communications

Working as a Senior Manager, handled projects in the remotest regions of the country. Left Wing Extremism (LWE)-affected regions in India — spread across states like Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar, and Maharashtra — are some of the most remote, forested, and infrastructure-deficient areas in the country. Traditional telecom infrastructure could not be deployed easily because of the risk of sabotage, difficult terrain, lack of electricity, and absence of roads. VNL, an Indian telecom equipment manufacturer, was chosen for the project because of its indigenous, energy-efficient, and ruggedized telecom solutions. The company specializes in low-cost, solar-powered mobile network technology suited for rural and hard-to-reach areas. Under the Department of Telecommunications, Networks Operations Centers were set up to implement widescale telecom infrastructure across the span of India.

Disaster Management

As the youngest Chief Product Officer, was responsible for creating and implementing the ResQMobil. In disasters such as earthquakes, floods, cyclones, or landslides, conventional communication networks collapse, leaving victims, first responders, and relief agencies disconnected. ResQMobil is an emergency communication vehicle designed and developed by VNL for NDRF. It is a compact, mobile command-and-control unit that can be quickly transported to disaster zones to provide voice, data, and video connectivity where existing infrastructure is damaged or unavailable.

Defence and Internal/Homeland Security

The India–China border, stretching over 3,488 km, passes through the Ladakh sector (Western), Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand (Central), and Sikkim & Arunachal Pradesh (Eastern). the Indo - Pak border covers areas of Punjab, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Handled multiple projects where the army required surveillance, security and communications. Provided consultancy to the CAPF or the Paramilitary Forces across a range and host of issues.

Policy Advocacy

Policy advocacy is the strategic effort to influence government laws, regulations, and administrative decisions in favor of specific causes, industries, or communities. Worked with multiple ministries in New Delhi, India’s political and administrative capital and played a central role in shaping policies at the Union Government level. Worked with State Governments at the highest levels of bureaucracy and politics to guide them on a multitude of projects.

Renewable/Solar and Alternative Energy

With the National Solar Mission, Renewable Energy Development targets, and state-level policies encouraging renewable adoption, was a part of a successful team which started Rooftop solar, along with microgrids and battery storage in India. Assisted in crafting the potential R & D for future ventures and closely monitored evolving alternative energy technologies.

Advanced R & D

Crafted and designed key papers on advanced future technologies and identifying gaps in the market. As the future global competitiveness will hinge on leadership in semiconductors, AI, quantum, renewable energy, and biotech, every modern innovation — from missiles, smartphones to satellites, EVs to AI systems — will depends on chips and the materials required to produce them. With the geopolitical significance of such evident to the U.S., China, EU, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan who all treat semiconductors as a strategic national asset, India, too, has made semiconductors central to its Atmanirbhar Bharat mission. Wrote multiple papers on the subject.

Unique Himalayan Mastiffs

The Himalayan Mastiff is an ancient working dog breed from the high-altitude regions of the Himalayas, found in India (Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim), Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. Locally called “Bhote Kukur” or “Gaddi Kutta”, they were bred by Himalayan communities to guard livestock, monasteries, and villages from predators like snow leopards, wolves, and even tigers. Their lineage is believed to be closely related to the Tibetan Mastiff, one of the oldest and most powerful guardian breeds in the world. Currently running a kennel in the wind swept mountains of Uttarakhand where we protect and preserve the lineage of this rare and unique animal.

Organizational Change

The XIX Commonwealth Games were held in New Delhi, India from 3–14 October 2010. It was the largest multi-sport event ever hosted by India, and the second largest in the world that year (after the Beijing Olympics 2008). The event brought together 6,081 athletes from 71 nations and territories competing in 21 sports and 272 events. Was in charge of the CEO's team in handling this massive scale project and was authorized to oversee Organizational change also. The Commonwealth Games 2010 was not just a sporting event but a massive national project, involving infrastructure, logistics, urban development, and security.

Geopolitics

India sits at the heart of South Asia, bordered by China, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and flanked by the Indian Ocean. With 7,500+ km of coastline and proximity to vital sea lanes (Strait of Hormuz, Malacca Strait), India has natural leverage in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR). Its Geopolitical Role makes it a bridge between the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Indo-Pacific. With Naxalite movement in central India, militancy in J&K, and ethnic insurgencies in the Northeast, the China and Pakistan issue become key factors in determining its future policies and how India approaches the world as the largest democracy in the world. As such, have written and provided the Government and private players with key consultancy with regards to how things can pan out in the future and what threats might emerge.
